Hey y’all, I’m Ella!

While I have a passion for real estate, there is more to me than just being a realtor. In my free time you can find me on the golf course, reading investment books, being involved in my church, snuggling with my pups, and spending time with my friends, family, and loved ones. I also love shopping for clothes and home decor, traveling to new places, and creating fun memories.

MY JOURNEY TO REAL ESTATE:


I’ll start off with a little bit of my background. I have lived in St. Johns, FL since I was 8 years old and truly believe my hometown is a big part of who I am today. I grew up playing competitive golf and traveling all over the country and even internationally for golf tournaments. The ability to travel to various states and cities at such a young age was amazing, but at the same time made me realize how special my hometown really is.

I went on to play Division I collegiate golf at James Madison University where I got my Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Recreation Management. While I was away at school my parents decided to build a new house just down the road from our old one. While I was home for summer break I tagged along with my parents to all of their appointments with the builder. I noticed that the site agent was a young lady in her 20’s who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and on-the-ball. That experience planted the seed in my head that “I could do this” too.

With one year of college remaining, I decided to get my Florida Real Estate License with the hopes to put it to use after graduation. After college, I did a lot of research and met with several top producing real estate agents in the area to discuss the industry. The idea of getting out in the community, building relationships, having my own business, and helping people reach their real estate goals - had me hooked! In becoming a new agent I wanted to work with a brokerage that would provide resources, education, support and that would place an emphasis on the customer experience. The Brooks Group at Momentum Realty did just that and more!

My first year in real estate did not go like I thought it would - it actually went better. I closed more real estate transactions than I imagined. From such a successful start in the industry I gained a tremendous amount of experience in a short period of time. I want to continue to excel in helping people buy and sell real estate, procure my own investment properties, and use real estate to become financially free one day soon!
